Refund & Returns Policy
At Matys Brands, all wallpaper products are custom printed and made to order based on the measurements and selections provided by the customer.
Because each order is manufactured specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or design preference changes after production has started.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery by emailing info@matysbrands.co.za with clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we will either:
• Arrange a replacement of the affected panels
• Or provide a suitable resolution where applicable
We do not accept responsibility for:
• Incorrect measurements submitted at checkout
• Installation errors
• Damage caused during installation
• Color variations due to screen settings
